AREA is proud to announce that AGFR, The Romanian General Association of Refrigeration, became a member on 1 January 2026.
Founded in 1990, AGFR is a non-profit association and a certification organisation based in Bucharest which brings together refrigeration equipment engineers, technicians, trainers, teachers and researchers in the sector.
Gratiela Tarlea, President of the Romanian association, said:
We, the Romanian General Association of Refrigeration, are pleased to bring to AREA our expertise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps, and Renewable Energies, strengthened by over 35 years of experience. We look forward to collaborating with AREA members to jointly support RACHP contractors across Europe.
AREA now counts 26 member associations from 22 countries, including 19 out of the 27 EU Member States.
