AREA-EHPA-EPEE joint position on Energy Efficiency Directive

AREA adopts a joint position, together with the European Heat Pumps Association (EHPA) and the European Partnership for Energy and the Environment (EPEE) on the European Commission's proposal for a Directive on Energy Efficiency. The paper more specifically addresses the need to safeguard the development of all energy efficient technologies - including heat pumps - for heating and cooling.
